In order to determine your ring size, the ideal option is to get sized by a jeweller. If you are unable to do so, the following guide can assist you in finding your ring size.
OLIV ATELIE RING SIZE GUIDE
If you’ve ordered the wrong size ring, we do offer a resizing service at an additional fee. Please note, if your ring includes a gemstone, we might have to remake it from scratch, therefore it may take longer to complete your order.
Check out our latest post on how to measure your ring size at home or purchase one of our reusable ring sizers.
Oliv pieces are delicate and precious and care should be taken when worn so as to avoid knocking or catching.
Sterling silver and fine silver can be scratched or bent out of shape if force is applied. They can also be damaged and become tarnished by contact with chemicals found in many household cleaners, cosmetics, perfumes, and hair care products. If tarnishing occurs clean with a polishing cloth, pad, or polishing compound.
9ct gold does not tarnish as easily as sterling silver, however, as we do not coat our jewellery with chemical polishes if tarnishing occurs clean with a polishing cloth, pad, or polishing compound.
Pearls and gemstones require specific care that will ensure their longevity. They can be damaged by contact with chemicals found in many household cleaners, cosmetics, perfumes, and hair care products. Pearls should not be submerged in water whilst showering or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth.
Opals are soft stones (same hardness as glass) therefore exceptional care must be taken. They can be damaged by contact with chemicals found in many household cleaners, cosmetics, perfumes, and hair care products. Opals should not be submerged in water whilst showering or swimming. Clean with a soft damp cloth.

When not being worn ensure you store your jewellery carefully. Try to separate stone pieces to avoid them being knocked or rubbing on other pieces. If possible, store each piece of jewellery in a way that it is not in direct contact with other materials or jewellery to avoid scratching.
Sterling silver and some 9ct golds can experience oxidisation when unworn for long periods of time and will require repolishing to return to their original colours
