If you have purchased an Oliv Atelie piece, we will repair it at no cost for life (at our discretion) - we believe that our jewellery is timeless and hope you cherish your pieces forever, which is why we will repair it at no extra cost besides postage (again, at our discretion) - if your piece is twisted, worn, has snapped, we can fix it for you!

Replacement gemstones or missing parts of a piece will be charged at cost.  Submit a contact form with information about your jewellery in need of repair.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size ring, we do offer a resizing service!  However this one will be charged.

You can find our ring size guide online here, or alternatively, you can send us a ring you already own that is the correct size that we can use as a guide. Please just let us know in the notes that you intend on doing this.  Once you’ve placed your order for resizing here, we will send you the address for shipping on the same.
