All jewellery may take 1 to 2 weeks for production and shipment. 

For Bespoke jewellery, Allow us 4 to 6 weeks for Designing, Approval, Production and Shipment.

We do accept drop offs and pick ups at the Atelier. For Drop offs, we will get in contact with address and best times to do so. For pick ups, when purchasing an item though the website, select local pick up on check out.

We have prepared a ring size guide you can follow at home here. Otherwise you can purchase one of our reusable ring sizers.

We can definitely use most stones to create a bespoke piece to you. Send us a message with the stone you like to use as well as measurements and we will get back to you.

Yes, one of our passions is creating a piece designed and created with your ideas and best fit to you and your partner. Please get in contact through the online form to get started with your ever lasting jewel.

Most jewellery can be cleaned with a cloth or jewellery cleaning compound, however, for a more specific design that contains stones, please check this guide.

Yes, we can fix pieces that you already own from other brands or other personal and vintage pieces. 

We, however, will analise the piece(s) and let your know if we can assist with the repair.

Yes, we have got a range of Add Ons available in both Silver and Solid Yellow Gold Butterflies and chains in our online shopping. If you like to purchase one lost earrings instead of a pair please contact us and we will send you an invoice for single items.
